The rack was made by Custom World International.
I suspect the sissy bar extension came from the same manufacturer.

I have one on a VS800, it is very sturdy and will hold whatever weight you can throw at it.....always load your bike correctly for handling purposes.
I think it is strong enough to lift the bike with!!
