Not really Frodo. Paypal is pretty straight forward, everyone that's made donations to the board have used it without issue. Besides, it's not a necessary thing for anyone, but if you want to contribute, paypal seems to be the best way.

Hi Everyone!
It's come to be our subscription renewal time again. As usual, we need to generate a few bucks to keep the board server guys happy. This usually requires me asking for member participation with the server fees. They are very low considered to what we get so, donations of five dollars are encouraged from those that consider the board as a fun and exciting place to hang out and a knowledge base for those true enthusiasts.
If you wish to donate, please see the "Donations" page. Link: https://intruders-alert.com/donations.php

P.S. This is the only time we at IsA ever ask members to help out with $.00.

Re: Donations Page Now Available.
Hi everyone!
The time is near once again for the renewal of the site.
Sadly, the cost of the site has doubled over the last year, for what reasons, I'm unsure.
So now the original cost of around $150/year, has gone up to around $325+/year.
I'm thinking of looking for an option to move the site from our current provider to another, one that's local to me. In fact, just down the street about 1/4 mile from where I live. I think I can get a better price there, but I need to talk with them before I do anything at all.
Anyway, if you'd care to help out with the cost of keeping the site alive, I'd appreciate it so I don't have to bare the full cost of it myself, it would as always, be greatly appreciated!
If you wish to donate, please see the "Donations" page. Link: https://intruders-alert.com/donations.php
I thank you for your time and continued participation with the site!

As far as my knowledge goes, these are still available on order - but you may want to PM Northy to be sure.

This is an old thread from 2018. YoDude runs the site so hopefully he will let us know when we can donate to the cause.
If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.

Re: Donations Page Now Available.
Hi guys,
Generally, the site renewal falls late in the year, just about this time actually. (Oct,~Nov.)
The cost has resin a bit over the years (I may attribute this to server storage space, which I have no control over) and usually rings in at around, $300.00 per year. That's not a huge outtake for me, I mean yeah I can pay for it for two days worth of work on my end.
This board however, is used by several people to exchange knowledge, relax and have a great time (Hopefully). So it sorta figures that the members that are real regulars should foot for at least a portion of that knowledge, seeings how they are the ones that keep the board going with their participation.
Hats off to all!!!
