I've heard/read something like that before i believe. Only thing i'd worry about doing that is it pressing apart the tank seams. Don't know how much force it has and if that would be possible.. But sure would (i think) push out a dent. Not sure if i have enough space in my freazer but might borrow a spot in a friends if it'll work. I've also read somewhere about heating the dent with a torch and then pressing shreaded ice into it.. The rapid contraction would pop the dent into it's former shape.
Or a heat guna and compressed air in a can for computers.
