Ok my Suzuki intruder 1400 has new battery but no power any help would be appreciated it sat all winter but I figure

Have you checked every fuse in the fuse box? Under the left side cover.

Are you sure the "new" battery is good? What is the voltage at rest?

Expand on the "tune up", what work was completed? By who?

Any after market parts on the bike?

Check your ground cable from the battery to the engine
Also check the battery connections are tight and the bolts havnt bottomed out on the battery , a common problem when replacing the battery
Installing star washers in between the cable and battery remedy's this and gives you a better connection
