What's up guy's,
I've got an 06 Boulevard s83 and I can't get the shift linkage to change gears. I've changed the clutch line reverse bled and I can here the clutch engage but I can't get it to shift gears. I've rocked it back and forth pulled the clutch, but nothing. Any ideas?

If it's in neutral, and it runs, put the front tire up against a sturdy wall or tree, start it, and try shifting.

It's in gear, but the clutch engages, will that make a difference? Also I noticed that the oil needs changing, would that make a difference?

It may free it up, but obviously something is amiss.
Dirty oil will give a clunky shift, but get it to actually shift before spending money on oil.

Re: Can't change gears
Is there any chance that the forward controls shift linkage is out of proper adjustment?
I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.
