Yamaha YZF600R Rebuild

Recently overhauled my 600r. Rebuilt the motor and trans. New bearings, rings, seals, 4 new gears in trans, gaskets and oil seals. Then re painted entire bike. Will post some pics whin i gigure out how.

Nice!

I use IMGBB as a pic host. Free, pretty easy to use on the phone, etc.

So, how were the cylinder bores? They were a Nikasil coating if I remember correctly which was a bit contraversial at the time on a 4 cyl sports bike.

I got the pics sorted out.
The process took about 3 months of my days off. No decals on the bike. Its all paint.

Started on it 4 years ago. Starded and stopped, then finished. Realized the used trans was bad. Put on hold again. Then repeated the process again with a total rehab of her. Some of it was a royal pain. But in the end, she was better than new.
