My Trudy do this now... Any idea why?
My mechanic open the carbs (rear) and said it looks ok...

You have an issue with the float and/or the float needle valve and seat.

If the needle and seat are good there is an o-ring that seals the seat where it screws into the carb body that can go bad and leak into the carb.

Float stuck open most likely. That's a lot of fuel to be just a small leak.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say here - but if either carb is spurting fuel into its airbox - then that carb is not "fine".

There is no clear path from the front carb to the rear airbox.
May I suggest a new mechanic.

The only way fuel can come out of the rear carb is if the rear carb is leaking. A leaking front carb will not dump fuel out the rear carb and vice versa.

The fuel may have stopped flowing because the float might have closed. It sounds like you have a sticking float...and you need to find a new mechanic as Nav has suggested earlier.

I found that pipe number 34 (https://ibb.co/gJMF7fj) had ended up on the exhaust pipe, and it melted and plugged. changed the pipe, the carburetor no longer leaks... a coincidence or could it be that it compromises the movement of the float?

Am really glad you found your leak! GREAT!

Addressing your concern,..being an external Pipe, I cannot see how it could have any effect on the movement of the float, which is totally internal.
