Well, I know she isn't sold till I have the cash in my hand, but as far as eBay is concerned she is. He's coming from Iowa City early next week to pick her up. More than tripled all the money I have in her, and I got to ride a fantastic example of German engineering for a while. Plus, I can say I owned a BMW in my lifetime.

And tripled yer money? Hmmmm....I better see about getting me a BMW....my dealer has a R1200C for not much....if I get and add panniers and a windshield.....hmmmmm......... [emoji41]

Tripled only because the dealer I bought it from assumed they heard a knock. Remedied when the added the correct oil and I added the correct gas. Took a while to fix the little things. $200 for the bike and $100 later she was fixed. Sold for $1500 after eBay fees. I only say tripped because she cost me tax, registration and insurance.

Had a blast while she was mine.

And she's gone.

I feel like I should light a candle or something.


Sure am gonna miss that one.
