The Vics are SO wonderful, nothing bad ever happens to them, they just keep going! I spose I could post up a before and after pic, showing off the latest customization?

I rode a first year Victory at a dealers the second year they made them.Was with my high sheriff friend.I was on my Harley and he his 1200 Bandit.We both liked it a lot .It was better in stable and power than any stock big Harley I had rode.Dealer offered me a good deal but another friend had had so much trouble out of his and never got elc troubles took care of. Motor had been out and tranney worked on twice under warranty.It really was in the shop more than on the road.Talk was a lot of bad ones.The dealer dropped them the third year after lots of trouble and from what I hear from owners I know now thats when they started being the really good bikes they are now. IMO they allso look a lot better than the early ones with the square looking motors and floor boards looked like old farm left overs.Still it was a good ride and had some dealer up grades in power. None of my real close friends have owned one and more than anything because of that so bad first year one we all knew about becase he rode with us on our Sunday rides. He moved and have not heard from him in years.Guess he is still just riding his RoadKing that gave him no troubles.I remember his name so may look it up!He sure let everyone know how the dealer got in to a shouting match with him after about ten times at not getting it to hold up.He may have sued?

When the Victory bikes first came out....I looked at them and they just did not do anything to me, and I couldn't quite put my finger on why. They just looked a bit like they were thrown together....the proportions were all wrong, and they were WAY too small. Nowadays, although style wise I am still not over impressed, if I was going to get one it would be the Victory VIsion....it's just so polarizing....no I don't particularly like the looks...but everybody looks at it when you pass.....

I all ways think some cave era big critter when I see them.Really with the box off they look lots better IMO. You sure are right about heads turning when they roll in.Most the time with "thats the uglist thing I ever saw coming from more than one [emoji2] .Ol T-beck had one but he traded lots and then told of all the miles he put on them that lots that knew him said was not right. Never met him but he could tell some tall ones as I do all so. :bonk:

They have some good looking bikes now and motor is nice looking now. Bassman who was on here some had good luck out of his.His knees got bad and he went to light stuff.He made a stop to see me once in Harrodsburg. Fun guy and the big Victory tour looked right with the big guy on it.He is even a little older than me! In between me and Don in age.

What surprises me is that it hasn't been that many years since Victory production stopped ... and for years now, I almost NEVER see one on the road. Are they all in the bone yard already?

A friend of mine just bought a 2017 Victory Vegas High Ball with a little over 6k on it. Sounds good with the aftermarket exhaust. He’s happy with it.

I know 2 guys with Victorys, they both love them.
One has a huge (23" I think) front wheel.
Funny story, we went to a bike blessing last spring, the minister sprinkled holy water on the bikes.
The fellow with the big wheel has a satan/devil/skull paint job.
His bike suffered a major electrical breakdown on our way out of there. :OhNo;

As long as his head didn't do a 360 inside his helmet, he should be OK.
