Camping on the historic Suwannee River?

Post by Noletruder72 »

Just wondering if anyone would be interested in a camping trip in North Central Florida over Memorial Day weekend? There's a really cool place right on the Suwannee River that has everything from fancy cabins to primitive camping.

Wish I were close as like camping.Even more so in places not been. Most all my motorcycle tours are camp and all tied on and go. Over three weeks the longest. :putput:

The place is really nice. Right on the river with its own spring. There's also a pool and hot tub. The rent basic cabins, fancy cabins, hotel rooms, primitive sites, sites with hook-ups and RV sites. It's about a three hour ride to St George Island and about half of the ride is right beside the gulf. If anyone wants to check out the place it's called the Suwannee River Rendezvous in Mayo, Fl. I've camped there at least 7-8 times.
