The thing that comes to my mind is
Freaking WOW
I would love to crawl all over that bike
Your Intake is Gorges
The Coil spring rear suspension cleans up the back end
The paint is subtle and doesn’t attract away from the rest of the bike

Beautiful job

The Pipes have a rather unique sound to them,... when Accelerating, they Roar , but without the often raspy harshness of Round Straight Pipes.......much like a Hot Rod, I guess.

It is all my Design. [space] Kind of a mixture of Old School Chopper and Sport Bike influences,... with some Euro High-Tech accents thrown in.

The Made-from-scratch parts are;...

the Sport-bike Risers,
the Center Gauge Mount that they attach to,
the Front Fender,
the Front Fork Brace and Fender Bracket,
the Pipes
the Foot Peg Turn Signals,
the Rear Turn Signals,
the Headlight Mounting Box (for the Wiring too)
the two Headlight Mounting Brackets,
the Mirror Mounts,
the Hidden-in-plain-sight Oil Cooler,
the Frenched-in Tank filler,
the Rear 6 piston Caliper Mounting Bracket,
the Hydraulic Hose Holders on the Triple Trees,
the Front Wheel Hub Spacers,
the License Plate Mounting Bracket,
the Tank Risers,
the Waterproof Igniter Mounting Box (relocated to between the Frame),
the Quad HID Systems Amplifier holders (which turn with the Fork),
the Crank Case Venting Pipes (that vent directly into the front K & N Pod Filter)

The modified Stock parts are;....

the Rear Fender, (to match the Dual-level Profile Shape of the Front)
the Tank ( replaced the center 'tunnel' and made a new one so I now have a full 3.8 gallons usable before Reserve)
the Sissy Bar, (made from two Stock ones),
the Swing Arm (widened so I could fit in a 200/ 55 x 18 Rear Tire),
the Front Frame Covers,
the Battery Box (modified so all the relays and such go where the old Cross-over Pipe once was)
the Frame, (widened for the Wider Tire)
the Rear Air Box (which is now a lighted Storage Box )
the Seat
the Kick Stand and it's Pivot (which now hides completely under the bike, not like a Boat Oar outside the left Pipe),

A complete photo-documentation of my making this bike was on the Purple Board. :space: I bet Herb recalls it.

I like everything about that Bike.
Have you ever looked at a custom Bike and thought Nice work Good job But always noticed something that you just didn't like.
Your "Black Thunder" is perfect
Nice paint Clean and distinctive the rake is perfect Nice stance The front forks arnt to wide or to skinny the Bars fit look Even the wheels just fit and most of all It isnt All Showie Like some creations
And the first thing I noticed were the Pipes

Dont get me wrong I like your "Old School Chopper" It looks like it wants to haul Ass down the road and Look good doing it
But your "Black Thunder" is really well done Nice and clean and would get My vote
Nice freaking job

Very nice especially the Black Thunder bike. What mods did you have to do for the pipes and what brand are they?

Does anyone remember the guy that visited the purple board that had the small Chinese bike he had turned into a small bagger? I had saved the pics but they were on the other laptop that I sat on and broke the screen and lost all the info. :bonk: If I remember correctly it was a gold colored bike.

I have a set of forward controls on the 800 I got from Bronx Intruder. I put about 8 miles on the bike before I tried to put a new DS tire on and couldn't get the beads to seat. So now it sits in the yard in the weeds on a jack. :bonk: Anyway, I hope to get the tire fixed properly this spring so I can insure the bike and get back to riding it. This could be my last year of riding the 800 before I have to go to a trike. :bonk:

A couple of older pics I found and one of what I wish my bike looked like.

This one has the milk carton I used to put my helmet in when I rode the bike to work.

Those pipes are a custom Design I invented and created in my Shop. [space] They are what might be termed a 'straight' pipe,..but instead of the common round, I used a rectangular pipe.

You can see in the picture a short length of round pipe before it transitions in to rectangular. [space] That length is for fitment of the Thunder Monster Baffle.......an essential item for a more balanced performance.

I also shortened the Stock Front Header so that each "muffler" would be identical in length. Then have them Silver Ceramic Coated, after I had a Chrome Tip plated on the end of the pipes.

Hang on a minute that photo has been played with. There is something not right here.

Thanks FA I would not have noticed had you not brought up your comment.

Besides the fact that the tank perspective does not live right with the grass behind there is no side stand. And unless in USA you can drive on the road without Brake lights indicator lights or any fking lights nor any at the front---at all. This bike is illegal to ride on the road.

The light is from the far right according the the tyres and yet a shadow beneath the engine. :lmao: :lmao:

Our MR plagerist is not only a plagerist but a fraud. No wonder he was reluctant to post pictures of his bike.

Of course it has a side stand. And the blinkers are under the master cylinders. The brake light is under the sissy bar. :bonk:
