Today my soloseat arrived. White leahter. Also my 4' copperpainted springs :naughty: now i need to make consoles or weld on springseats on frame. But the vs1400 frame has a m6 thread thru the frame on each side. Im thinking its better to not weld on frame. So i dont need any mod on frame thats great  sorry for crappy pics dropped the phone Image

Had lots of bikes and low bars are so much better if you really ride.Even more so on places other than boring flat land.IMO you have lots more control over the bike.Had a set of apes for a short while and never want another set.

I did the same seat mod. I just drilled holes straight through the frame. To hold the springs on. Been running it now probably for 25,000 miles. People laugh at me when they see a sprung seat on a rear suspension bike. Jokes on them because when i do hit a bump that seat works. lol.

Scottie, how did you extend your front end? I am thinking about going with a 3 or 4 inch fork extension on my S83. Any thoughts?
