Cars. Just when I think I got a pretty good handle on most of 'em, along comes some model I'd never seen or heard of before.

I like this. A 1967 Mazda Cosmo. And yes, it was a rotary (well Wankel, technically).

I see more than a bit of Thunderbird style here...but in a much smaller car. [emoji106]

Yes! That year and era created very similar sport car styling that I loved when released. The Vette and XKE shared that same awesome look.

Just ran across another example. I often marveled at the Buick Blackhawk concept car from a while back, but didn't realize that it had direct lineage to another Buick concept car, in fact one of the first concept cars (in the familiar sense of the word) ever created...the 1938 Harley Earl-designed Buick Y-Job concept:

Saw pics of the Buick's before but not the Madza. Does look style of the last small birds. :putput:
