I like this. A 1967 Mazda Cosmo. And yes, it was a rotary (well Wankel, technically).
I see more than a bit of Thunderbird style here...but in a much smaller car. [emoji106]

Just ran across another example. I often marveled at the Buick Blackhawk concept car from a while back, but didn't realize that it had direct lineage to another Buick concept car, in fact one of the first concept cars (in the familiar sense of the word) ever created...the 1938 Harley Earl-designed Buick Y-Job concept:
