I don't know where it is at, but it should not be removed. We need that statue out front and center to remind us of what a shitty president he was.

Maybe add a plastic plaque to the bottom of it detailing his failures and screw ups.

Are you saying you want to honor the loser with a statue? Even without a statue I doubt if the American people will ever forget the guy. As a matter of fact I can't see how we will ever forget that traitor that tried his best to destroy everything America was and stood for. The only statue I can think of that is fitting for him would be one of him standing in a garbage can like Oscar the Grouch has on Sesame Street.
