Nice [emoji106]

I was looking at a cool little prefab structure a while back...it had good 2x4 framing, well-built shingled roof, and real stairs and could be ordered with thermal windows and nice exterior doors...stairs go up to a loft-style second floor and all one would have to do is lay out the plumbing and electric in the exposed walls, roll in some insulation and finish it out with drywall, would be a tight little micro-house. I love stuff like that.
How about earth friendly technologies in plumbing?

I've thought about the green stuff. Especially since we don't have running water right now. The handicapped lady had a compost toilet in her small travel trailer and I have thought about using one even when we do get water. I have also thought real hard about the tankless water heater system. That may cost more to set up but I do believe it will save money in the long run and as a bonus give me endless hot water. [emoji106] When the money is available I will put up the rain water catchment system. I'll use that for showers, washing dishes and anything else except for drinking water which I will still buy. I can get filtered water at the ice house for $1.00 (5 gallons).
