We have lost a Gem Of A Person...........

I will never forget the time.

It was a Concert last summer,...on a lawn FULL of happy people,.....under a sky Full of a Spectacular Summers' Sunset,....laughing,....being together,.....all enjoying the Joy Of The Music from the stage of a true Artist-Of-Fun.....an emissary of Good Will. [emoji106]

And what FUN it was!! Folks dancing,...sharing stories with Friends they had just met,....Breaking Bread together...and feeling GOOD.

I am blessed with having been there.

We have lost something we need in America today.

He was not a CAJUN.......and his music was a bastardized version of true Cajun music.......without the original Cajun music his style of performing Zydeco would have never taken off the ground...
I loved his music....it was a blend of it's own. and it was the same verse repeated over and over again,
Cajuns sometimes refer it to Cajun Rock and Roll

but Zydeco artists usually will not admit that their roots were with the original Cajun music of ole .

he was a true artist of music though...loved by his followers [emoji106]

Musicians like Buckwheat Dural Jr are a lost breed.....folks who put out the form of noise now have no idea what real music is and what it should be
JMHO

The only ones I respect are the composers of these main themes of movies that come out every now and then.....the sound track from "Unforgiven" with Clint Eastwood comes to mind and the main theme from "Dances With Wolves"
