DF, no I said Elon is smart. You came up with the throwing money away assertion, but I never said that.
There was load's of proof before Elon bought Twitter. I think you are wrapping yourself too tight with this political BS. Maybe you should take a month off from news and politics? I'm not being an ass, I'm serious. I have had to do it several times over the year's. It's easy to get caught up in all the negativity.

As for what you're saying, I don't feel like Elon played anyone...except the Twitter liberals. I've never had a Twitter account and still do not plan to get one.
But where was THE PROOF before Elon took over??? There was talk, T. But no proof. Remember, Twitter, Fakebook, YouTube, all use these "Community Statndards" guidlines and they NEVER explain why they censored you.
The only proof was from the mass amount of conservatives speaking about how their accounts were shut down. We NEVER saw any emails exposed or algorithms shared to the public prior to Musk's purchase.
There will be a time where you will no longer be able to use, "But...I didn't know!", as an excuse. And if you're exiled from society, well, you were warned.

...In a follow-up email, Roth claimed that “the key factor informing our approach is consensus from experts monitoring election security and disinformation that this looks a lot like a hack-and-leak operation.”
YOEL ROTH IS ASKED IF HE HAD A PERSONAL POLITICAL BIAS WHILE AT TWITTER
HIS ANSWER: “NO”
HOW IS THIS NOT A LIE UNDER OATH?

Republicans on the panel were curious about which “experts” Roth and his team had talked to during that short window of time, prompting him to acknowledge that the sources “were tweeting about this incident and sharing their perspectives, and that informed some of Twitter’s judgment here.”...

DF, I know what you are saying about proof, but it was in everyone's face. People banned, post's taken down, suspension, etc... You had to be blind to not see what was taking place.

Re: Twitter drops
But that'd be heresay in a courtroom.
Now that Elon has exposed to the public the tweets that were sent FROM the FBI to the Twitter execs you can fit the puzzle pieces together.
Of course we all knew, or at least had an idea what was pushing the Twitter censoring. But now, because of Elon, we have the proof.
Not only that, if you watched the couple of videos I posted, ex-Twitter exec Roth was blatantly allowing child porn to run on Twitter. Take a look at the correspondence on Twitter's personal accounts. We wouldn't have seen or had access tot hat if it wasn't for Elon releasing them.

Re: Twitter drops
Quite correct there, DevilsFan. What Musk did was to provide solid proof that will stand undeniable in a courtroom and confirmation of what was "Hearsay". Thus what he did was hardly what we see repeatedly being put forth;DevilsFan wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 12:44 pmBut that'd be heresay in a courtroom.

https://americanwatchdog.com/boebert-co ... shadowban/
Another republican with a backbone...
“It’s a freaking joke about Hillary Clinton being angry that she couldn’t rig her election,” Boebert said of the post that allegedly prompted the shadowban. “It’s a joke. But in response, being the sinister overlords that you all are, you placed a 90-day account filter so I could not be found.”
Describing the “aggressive” action against her, she added: “Now we see here that Twitter set a visibility filter on my account excluding me from top searches, prevented notification for non-followers, and much more.”
Boebert went on to accuse Roth and others of preventing elected officials from sharing their thoughts with constituents.
“You silenced me from communicating with the American people over a freaking joke,” she asserted. “Now who the hell do you think you are?”

Re: Twitter drops
Not really part ot hte twitter drops but it goes into the cancellation of conservatives and conservitive sites.
https://patriotmomdigest.com/ad-network ... companies/
A foreign think tank headquartered in the United Kingdom, The Global Disinformation Index (GDI), , released an assessment of American online media, designed to blacklist conservative media outlets and choke off their advertising revenue. The so called “Dynamic Exclusion List.” information is kept by GDI.
Ad networks, are now using this list, to refuse to allow advertising on conservative media websites. This includes most prominently Xandr, which is owned by Microsoft. Yet to respond to a request for a statement, regarding Xandr’s use of the Dynamic Exclusion List, which is censoring conservative outlets, Microsoft has declined to comment.
The GDI report covering the American online media spectrum, of over 69 news outlets, listed ten outlets as the most at risk, of spreading disinformation, with ten outlets that are the least likely to spread disinformation. Conservative sites were rated by GDI as having the highest risk for spreading disinformation, with liberal websites as the most trusted.
Many left-wing outlets, listed by the report as the least risky, include:
HuffPost
New York Times
The Washington Post
AP News
NPR
ProPublica
BuzzFeed News
USA Today
Insider
Wall Street Journal
By contrast, the outlets at most risk, of sharing disinformation were right-leaning, include:
New York Post
RealClearPolitics
Reason Magazine
The Federalist
The Daily Wire
The Blaze
One America News Network
The American Conservative
Newsmax
The American Spectator
Declining media requests for comment on their lists, GDI did not respond to requests on multiple occasions. Most recently, they were reportedly asked on December 13, December 27, January 5, and January 23, by press inquiries. Refusing to release its Dynamic Exclusion List, despite assertions on GDI’s website, that its work is guided by “neutrality”, “independence” and “transparency”, the ad network has refused to disclose their full List....

Did y'all watch the Congressional hearings today with the Twitter Files authors?!?!?! Fucking epic!!!
Regardless of the evidence and testimony submitted I can conclude one thing with 100% certainty...the Dems ain't liking that they're not in charge!
Jim Jordan was having NONE of their bullshit...and he let them know it for the whole world to see!

...Supposedly, the best way to ensure that narrative was to ensure silence. But Schumer’s call to silence Carlson is precisely the reason Carlson’s report went viral in the first place. The media-Democratic complex keeps exaggerating narratives, eliding any countervailing information, and then seeking to censor those who present such information; they keep burying evidentiary landmines hoping they won’t be triggered. Then the landmines bow up, and they’re shocked at the explosion.
We couldn’t be given the footage, according to our media and political elites, lest we draw the wrong conclusions. Herein lies the problem: the best way to avoid the American people drawing the wrong conclusions is to present them with the full evidence, and then let them draw their own conclusions. And that’s precisely what the elites in our media and the Democratic Party won’t allow....

Re: Twitter drops
DF, I've been watching the hearings and from what I am seeing the Dems don't seem to get that the hearings aren't about parties or president's but rather about free speech. They are so busy trying to cover themselves that they are missing the point. The problem is that Jordan is not interested in finding fault with the Dems but rather addressing the free speech censoring regardless of who is doing it.
The two journalist's found the OTHER government agencies made requests for censoring routinely during both administrations. Crazy stuff. The Dems kept trying to point at Trump during the questioning .

Very relevant.
“Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more.
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury…
Signifying nothing”
Signifying monkey, stay up in your tree. Always lying and signifying, but you better not monkey with me.
