Electrical problems are a PITA.
Damaged or broken connectors lead to kludge wiring jobs and the thought is just ugly.
Well, if these are the sorts of parts you need for your bike, check here!

I go the other way and cut many of the key ones out and solder / shrink tube them.

My charging system was delivering 13.6 Volts at highway speed with the plugs. I cut them out and hard wired the stator & r/r and now I get 14.4 Volts at highway speed. Besides giving more juice to the battery and available for accessories, I will not have a plug melt on a trip from corrosion and increased resistance leaving me stranded.

If they need changing in the future, I do not have a problem cutting them out and soldering in a replacement.

Things like turn signals the plugs are great and quite handy....
