chrome bolt covers

I am doing some work on my handlebars and I have torn up a couple of the plastic chrome caps that cover the allen head bolts that are for the brake reservoirs and rear view mirrors. Does anybody know where to find replacement caps? Thanks!

Hardware store, look in bath fixtures as well.
