Batwing! Memphis Shades or Tsukayu?

I haven't found a good review with a comparison of these two brands so I'm relying on the wisdom of the crowd (in other words: you guys!)
Which brand is best? I'm thinking in terms of build quality, ease of use (mounting and unmounting) as well as aesthetics?
