BUYER BEWARE: The Hub Companies

And any associated websites i.e. Edge Xtreme Sports. I had an issue with them recently. I received the completely incorrect item, and the item number isn't even close. I emailed, never received a response. The live chat is never available. The phones almost never get answered. And the worst part, they're not even the supplier. They warehouse nothing. The pass your order in to the manufacturer. They're a middle man. When I finally got someone on the phone, she assured me she would contact the manufacturer and get it sorted out. Still waiting for the email she's supposed to send me with the new tracking number. Needless to say, if I needed it fast, it wouldn't happen.

I don't want to own them all, just ride them all.

Wow, this sound mighty familiar to me, much like the Cruiser Magic guys.

I finally received what I ordered, almost two weeks late. They claimed it was a bin miss mark. When I saw what the size difference was, I'm lucky I ended up with the correct part. There is no way, anyone, could mistake the two items I received. Especially if they just checked the numbers. I won't be ordering again.
