1988 Suzuki Vs Intruder 750, can someone help please..?

Post by fastcat1977 »

Hi was wanting to know if someone could tell me on the front carburetor's bowl , there is a casting mark to check your fuel level using clear rubber hose, does anyone know if that long casting mark is the ideal fuel height or does it need to be 17mm above that casting mark to me correct..?
My manual is unclear and the picture is so awful you cant make out to what the technician is even pointing to. Please someone help I gotta get this back together. thanks in advance..!! :bang:

best I have it figured, if you are setting the float on the bench, the reference line must be horizontal.
