Hey everyone,
Do any of you have a surefire way or some good advice to free a seized bolt? I am trying to remove the bolt that connects my hose to the master cylinder, but it will not budge - plus its starting to become rounded. I have applied wd-40 to try to get into the threads, applied heat, given it a few smacks, and even tried to sweet talk it - but I'm still not having any luck. Anyone have any recommendations?

Heat is probably going to be the only way.... plus a big pair of Vice Grips. You'll probably damage the bolt beyond repair but there's not many other options.
WD40 won't get past the sealing washer to actually be effective.
Hopefully you won't break the MC casing.
You could also cut the head off the banjo bolt so you can remove the hose then you can get penetrating fluid into the threads.
