Where do you buy fork oil from besides the dealer? Just checked auto zone and advanced, they didn't have it. Ebay?

Basically this is what you would be purchasing from your local dealer ..bike dealers are the middle man..they do not produce oils of any kind...they purchase them just like we do from suppliers

Small town living is a wunnerful thing, every body knows everybody with lots of respect and kindness. I have become close to most of the people at the Harley shop on a first name basis and it is really neat to walk in and hear, "Hi, Tom!" So, that's where I take most of my motorsickle business.

I've always used dextron 2 trans fluid, it's good enough for my old cruiser. I found many recommendations for it's use.

Have allso added trans sealer to help fork seal leaks in older bikes and it worked on some of them.Thats were the tie a scrafe around a fork leg came from. Not a trend but to soak up the oil coming out of that side. Some of the I never work on my own bunch saw it as cute and put them on non leaking forks.Springer don't leak.
