Welcome!

Overall it is getting harder to find Intruder tanks.

Do you need the paint to match? If not the year of the bike doesn't matter. Try searching on motorcycle parts sites using various years. Partzilla or Parts Outlaw are good ones to try. https://www.partzilla.com/ https://www.partsoutlaw.com/

There is occasionally one available on this site but other than that you have the standard ebay or craigslist type sites. There are also a few threads posted about converting other tanks to fit. Someone recently had one about converting a Honda Rebel Tank to fit, but that may have been for a 1400. If you search amazon there are cheap tanks available that could be converted to fit depending on your skill level.
If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.

Good point, I missed that.
