It's doable...gotta change how the board handles both auto detected links and those links provided via BBCode. This was default behavior in phpBB2, they changed it in phpBB3 to achieve XHTML 1.0 Strict-validation for the entire board...if you want that old behavior, you have to actually tell it to open links in new tab.

I wwanted to point out...the code I wrote will only affect *new* posts, not the old....any old posts would have to be edited...you don't have to change the old post, just click edit and save so it will reprocess it...

make sense?
