VS 1400 front carb complete

This is a front carb I was going to install but the bike sold before I put it in. All parts are there, needle moves freely. Part number 13210-38BF0, I got it from this eBay seller https://www.ebay.com/itm/96-08-Suzuki-V ... 9#rpdCntId. I bought it for $125 and free shipping, would like to get my money back out of it, so 125 or best offer. Any questions or offers let me know!
