Intruders-Alert

I must be getting old as I am getting tired of having my teeth rattled by loud exhaust. I want to try out stock exhaust as my intruder had aftermarket pipes when I bought it back in 2008. I might hate it but I just want to see what it is like.

Anybody have a set in good condition not drilled out that you would be willing to part with for a decent price?

I've got 19 inch Emgo turn outs on it right now. Good condition. When I bought the bike in '08 it had 2" Jardine drags. I painted them flat black and wrapped them after a few years then decided to try something totally different. Bought some OEM headers and the emgos at that point.

Jardine drags are sitting in the attic. They would need another coat of header paint and or rewrap as the wrap got torn while removing them. They also have two sets of baffles installed. Original and Smartpartz hard kore baffles.

I'd be willing to swap the emgos even for good condition OEM mufflers that are not drilled out or have baffles removed. Drag pipes I would need a little more $ for.

Just noticed you are in Canada. I'm in US. Shipping might be an expensive pain to do a swap across borders.

If it wasn't 2,500 miles one way to Alberta I might agree with you on that.

I'm loving the quieter ride. Still sounds decent too. I had never heard the OEM setup in person and didn't really know what to expect. Was expecting a more tinny sound but is still pleasantly throaty and I can hear myself think. [emoji106]

I have a set of stock mufflers from a 2006 S83 boulevards and all the hardware.

Mint condition.

On the bike for a month or two.
Stored under the bed for 10 years.
