WTB fork extensions for 2006 s-83
WTB fork extensions that will fit a 2006 S-83. Would prefer 2 inch extensions but will consider any size.

Contact a local machine shop, All you need are the dimensions of the protrusion hub and the counterbore.
I made some for the S50 out of 1" diameter stainless, turn down one end, and counterbore the other end for the allen head.
Drill it for the bolt diameter, and get longer bolts.
I was able to add 1.5" in length without changing wires or hoses.

Yes, 1.5 would be great. That is just what I will try. I saw all of the Harley extensions and thought I could get one that was close and have it machined to fit.

Whoops, I was referring to Riser extensions because it was mentioned in another thread I was reading.navigator wrote: ↑Sat Feb 05, 2022 8:24 amContact a local machine shop, All you need are the dimensions of the protrusion hub and the counterbore.

For longer forks, I would suggest:

They can make any length.

Bronx, you are the man in the fabricating department. I was hoping that you had already done this!
