How clean are the wheels? Where are you located?

Im located in Michigan. The bikes just sat for the past 6 years so there is some surface rust on the spokes but the rim itself is solid. Clean and shiney. Once I figure out how to upload pictures Ill post them. Until then if youd like private message me and I can try to send you pictures through some other venue.
