New from Texas just got a 93 Suzuki intruder 1400 and it's got some confusing problems

Welcome aboard! Always glad to have new people.

Come to the 1400 thread on the tech board and start posting the issues. Try to only post 1-2 problems per question to keep it from getting too confusing.
I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.

If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.

You only need to pay if you want to store images the Post Images site. You can use them to add photos here for free.
See? It still woks fine for me.

I tried to use it the other day and it refused to let me until I agreed to pay for it. I will try it again...
