Another NC Biker

Post by caleb27030 »

Been riding since I was 18. Of course I started with a sport bike but now I've gotten a cruiser. Got a 1400 back in 2016. Got in some trouble (read young and dumb). So bike sat in a barn for 5 years while I was, hmmpp, "away". Now I'm working on restoring her. I gotten her running and I ride her but still have some bugs to get out.

I do have a forum question. When can I send pms so I can get those designer springs everyone talks about?

Welcome!
I am pretty sure you can start using the PMs after your first few posts if not let me know and I will see if I can fix it.

Designer will get in touch with you about the springs soon, he mentioned earlier that he was waiting for more from his supplier.

While you wait here are a couple of things to check out.

If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.

Sorry to hear about your bike getting hit.

At least your wife didn't run over it, like mine did.

I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.
