Ingredients:
1 lbs of Boudin removed from the casing
8oz cream cheese
8oz sour cream

Directions:

Mix boudin, cream cheese, and sour cream together in a microwaveable

bowl.
Put in microwave on high heat for 2 minutes.
Take out and stir, put back in microwave for 2minutes high heat.
Take back out..Stir real well, and serve with chips or crackers.

I will try this! Boudin isn't easy to come by in FL, but I see it occasionally. Might be worth a trip to New Orleans!

It is most often made in to sausages. It is white meat normally lamb or pork, rice, onion and spices
