Fast and sticks with you

Ever just want to eat something really good that takes no effort and leaves you full for the rest of the day?

Cook a package of good mac+cheese. Yellow Cheddar-type, don't use some goofy Havarti or white or something. Those have their place. Not here. You can use dust-based mac+cheese, but I don't care for it. Spend the extra buck and get something at least remotely related to cheese, OK? Sheesh you're a tightwad.

When you get that done, dump in a can of your favorite canned chili. I'm easy, I like Hormel or Chili-Man.

Now open a can of beef tamales. Unwrap (important) and cut them into say 3/4" sections. Dump them into the horrific, yet tantalizing mix.

Heat it up slowly, if you want. Cools off quick once you start putting in canned stuff, but I like it that way. Many people don't. It can be heated, but slowly and keep stirring...burns quick.

Time to eat!

Everybody, and I mean everybody, that I've ever made this for says "Ewww, that sounds fucking gross..." when they hear about it. Then they try it.

Then they say "It IS gross, but it's fucking awesome too..." [emoji2]

Family favorite. Kids love it.

I'd tell you how to make something really complex and highbrow, but you'd probably never do it, or already got a better method. [emoji2]

Oh and you'll fart like a farm animal for hours after. Fair warning. Could be fun or embarrassing, depending on your view of such things, and the surroundings.

Sounds good! I am around all kinds of farm critters so no trouble on that point. Last week AM near the end of my back road was rounding a cruve and hear a odd sound I think is coming from rear of the Vstrom? Barley tap the rear brake and again! So more brake and again  Then after seeing around the trees is a cute gray donkey at fence braying like a ..........Jack ass :lmao: .I know the owner and donkey is a big pet so it just wanted to be fed, talked to,rubbed,or all. All I did was say hi and laugh as I went on.

One night I was driving around in the countryside about 2:30 a.m., actually trying to find an airplane that was reported to have crashed on the scanner...stopped at a stop sign and started looking at my GPS, trying to figure out my next move, when suddenly Dora (my dog) started growling and bristled up, looking out the driver's side. That freaks me out when dogs do that. :uhh:

I looked over to the left, expecting to see an axe murderer coming at me or something...nah...a cow, standing there at the fence in the darkness, wondering what we were doing there... :lolfall:

I must try this. Of course it goes without saying that I'll add Tabasco.
