Saturday morning we were watching the local news and they did this recipe. Looked so good we ended trying it out that night. Instead of sweet corn I used canned sweet corn and I added the fresh shrimp too. I was really surprised how good the salad part tasted given the limited ingredients. We will definitely add this to our regular rotation of meals…
