Mamma Connie's Famous Chicken Fiesta Chili

Post by JFL Live »

You basically just need a good can opener. Pick up a rotisserie chicken at SAM's Club for $4.88. That always blows me away... because their uncooked chickens cost more than that. Then you just need an assortment of canned goods from Walmart. Rinse all the beans off really well. Put everything but the chicken in a pan and let it simmer for 30 minutes or so. If you like it spicy put the diced chile's in straight. I rinse them first to take some bite out of it. Then you just have to pick the chicken apart and add it to mix.... :biggthumpup;

one question, how much of the vodka and scotch do you add to the broth - or is that just for drinking :rock:
