Easy Pulled Pork

I will start this out by saying I don't cook. I don't cook at all, not even on a grill. It just is not fun for me so I avoid it.
That said, this is not really cooking but it works and would be great idea for any night but even better for a party or anytime you want to take something to a potluck.
You need a crock pot and two forks.
Get a pork roast, butt, or tenderloin your choice and it just needs to fit in the crock pot. So any size.
Stick it in the pot and pour a can of Coke or Ginger Ale over it. No need to cover it just pour in one can.
Put it on high and leave it. For me a 2 pound roast takes about 4 hours.
When it is cooked through dump the coke and pull it apart with the forks. Then add your favorite barbecue sauce to taste.
Eat.
I may try this with beer instead of coke but have to decide what beer would be best I am thinking something heavy like a stout would be good.

Stout goes really well with beef - I would think maybe an IPA or a fruity Pale Ale would be nice with pork?
You got me interested now talking about cooking with beer

Or a cider if you don't mind them. Apple and pork is a traditional mix.

But then I would have to send my daughter in to buy the cider. It's either that or turn in my man card.
