This is not really a recipe, just an idea I had, that perhaps some of you have already had ... just mentioning.
I LOVE and CRAVE hot buffalo wings, with celery, blue cheese, beer.
But I try not to go to Bdus too often, as deep fried food is really bad for you.
So, got some boneless breasts ... cut them into small chunks ... coated with some bread crumbs ... put on baking tray and baked them, 350 for about an hour.
Had a pot of my sauce (Frank's + some habernero sauce + some tabasco sauce + cayenne pepper) heated, put the baked "boneless wings" in there.
Served with the celery and blue cheese.
I could not believe that I enjoyed them as much as deep fried. I'll have them frequently. Except for a little fat in the small amt of blue cheese, and sodium in the Frank's, it's a healty choice on something I love.
Well, not exciting, but well, yah I was excited.

Sounds different there Tom. I might even try that one, but I'm not sure about the celery and blue cheese part....

I like the way you think Tom.
That is an innovative way to create a dish you like, but better.

In the age of information, ignorance is a choice. Facts are not partisan. The amount of energy needed to refute bullshit is orders of magnitude more than to produce it. And The left keeps us busy because of all that they produce.
