I don't know what kind of trickery is used, but this is totally fake. It is an aerodynamic impossibility for an airplane to fly with only one wing. Lift on one side of the craft would have it spinning like a top and totally uncontrollable. How would the pilot counter the force of lift on one side only? He couldn't and wouldn't. He'd be lucky if he was able to even bail out of the dang thing, forget about a safe landing. Facebook is eating it up though. [space] :uhh:

I agree with Suz, that's freakin' impossible! Can a bird fly with one wing? Hell no! [emoji41]

I've seen many a remote controlled aircraft land, even flew bit a little when I was in my twenties. In my opinion, that is the unmistakable bounce of a lightweight remote controlled aircraft when it lands at the end. I did a quick search too and found that it's pretty popular opinion that the video is a hoax. Also consider this. Had an airplane made such a miraculous landing the news media would have been all over it. I didn't hear a word, did you? [space] [emoji106]

Is it 2008 again?

It was a viral marketing video for a clothing company.

Here's a "making of" video:
