After reviewing this one again though, it brings questions.

In the vid, there's no evidence this is actually Joe. There's no clear face shot, so you don't know who this guy is.
...And why is the video so blurry and almost pixelated?

Obviously the creator has a firm dislike for Joe, but a person cannot convict another on just this vid alone.
