Seen it, it is world-class bad, but in that hilarious way.
Wanna see one like that, but more recent? Check out Iron Sky if you can find it. It was on youtube for free, but got pulled...it might be back if you look around. It's one of those that knows it's a bad movie, and just has fun with it. The premise is that the Nazis didn't get beaten down in WWII, they left Earth, and built a huge base on the dark side of the moon. And now they plan to finally seek world domination. Yeah, it's as bad as that sounds...but they knew it, and it's chock fulla stupid fun!
I just checked and they do have it for PPV, $2. Here's a trailer...
