95 ignition box. china special not working

I ordered 2 of these things so far from the ebay called labworks ignitions.. they have the same output pins as my 95 box 5060 box. no spark on either box. both coils test good and a borrowed ignition fires right up. anybody ever get one of these 30 ignitions to actually work? they claim to work on a 95 and so far no luck.
