Driveshaft / final drive angle

Post by Chaulkboard »

So I hardtailed my 03 vs800 and am afraid I went a bit too steep on the angle with the shaft. Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me some info on what the Max angle I can have on the shaft. I'm not having any bad vibrations when I shift it through the gears when I have it up on my table, but want to have some knowledge on this before I put it on the road. Thanks!

You need to link via an image hosting site - this forum doesn't host pics.

Postimages, Imageshack, IMGBB, etc.

I hope this helps, this is the only pic I have right now, I can get more later when I'm home.

BTW - angle doesn't look dangerous to me. Probably no worse than under full suspension compression on a stock set up.
