How to post a picture update

Post by Leckbass »

Guys, I'm looking for a new way to post pictures, I used to use the free Photobucket site all the time, now they want to charge money, what are you guys doing to upload pictures now? What website are you using?

You know when you look in album..
And you click one pic to view..
It gets large and you can go left or right to see the other pics..
Well..
If you are on any given pic..
And you right click pic..
You can "open in new tab"..
And then you can go to that tab..
On that tab..
You go to top and copy the url..
That url will work with code here..
Without the ransom note!

First.. You used the wrong code there. Use the img code, not the url code. The url will post the hyperlink.. The img code will show the image at that url.

If you go to quote the message with the pic i posted.. You will see the code in text.

I tried with that url you just posted and it came up ransom. Lol. This tells me you didn't get it right.
Go to library where you see multiple images. Click on one you want to post. Instead of using the share option they try to have you use.. You will instead right click image and select open in new tab. This opens the image alone in a new tab. The url in the web browser is what you will post here. It shows the image and not ransom because you opened it in a new tab that's not in photobucket.

On my cell.. I have no right click.. Lol.. So i tap and hold imahe til options come up. Then choose open in new tab. Same thing different way.

Sorry but photo bucket doesn't work unless you pay the 300 a year. I have tried everything you mentioned and it will not host a 3rd party pic.
I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.

My personal opinion is that photobucket sucks ass and they are pulling a money grab..

https://postimage.org is a better way to go. Takes a little getting used to but works well.

Thing is i've uploaded tons of pics and refuse to go thru it all again if i don't have to. Just so happens; i don't have to.. And i don't have to pay a penny either.
The method i've posted works for me and i'm thinking should work for everyone else who does the same.
