Every once in a while I need a place to test a link, a pic, or some other thing and was wondering if I could use this place for that?

Because it is a test. Let's say I have a link I want to post and it is a really long link and I want to shorten it. So I come over here test out what I do to make the short link and if it is ok then I can either post it in a thread already started or start a new thread.
