Fork dampner bolts

Trying to do a quick fork seal change on a 92 1400, but I cant get one of the dampner bolts to break free. Im not a pro, but I did it once before without any problems. Last time I did that I just use my 6 mm Allen.

I've messed around with it for far too long this afternoon. Going to head over to Harbor Freight and pick up one of the long reach Allen on the 3/8 ratchet. I just hit it with some PB and ill let it rest until the morning.

Any tricks on getting that bolt free?

The long end of an allen wrench to the bolt.
A crescent wrench on the short leg.

Normally remove the damper bolts with the forks still in the trees and the spring under compression. For real stubborn ones an impact driver should get them going.

Maybe it was the right tool, maybe it was letting it sit overnight, either way I was able to break the bolts loose with ease this morning
