My 1988 1400cc Suzuki Intruders has a ball and a spring in the lever thingie.
Not a seprite switch.
Brake lite wont work from the handlebar.
How do I fix it or who has one?
Thanks.

You can buy them new off eBay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Suzuki-GS550-19 ... Yt&vxp=mtr
They are a fiddly setup compared to a normal switch.

Your Intruder one may have longer wires, otherwise it is the same switch. Suzuki used the same switch on all their bikes from about 78 to 89.
