Get one made up. It's the same as a brake hose. You don't need the composite rubber / steel hose set-up. You can use a one piece braided hose - you just need to get the banjo fittings at the correct angle.
You can also get hoses various lengths on eBay from $10 - measure the distance you need and do a search.
