Rode in heavy rain can't get over 60

So I finally got my bike running been riding the hell out of it runs great until I got caught it some really heavy rain bout 2 minutes in bike boggs to 60 didn't ride the next day till I got home from work she ran great for bout 3 miles then bogged down from 90 to 60 again lost one of my tips that ride I had just pulled the baffles out already run short pipes ....come home next day washed the k&n filers let dry till today oiled them put em back in drained the gas tank and put fresh gas in ...still running like shit plugs are good all gears shift and pull
What am I missing

Maybe you got water in the carbs? Have you taken them off and cleaned them?

I'd try Seafoam or Berrymans B12 first.
If you have any type of electrical issue, have your battery load tested before you do anything else. Any auto parts store will test it for free.

Drain the float bowls, if you haven't already.

There is a drain at the bottom of each spark plug well. If it gets trash in it the water will get around the plug boot and short it out.
I can't seem to win the lottery. I think I have used up all of my good luck riding motorcycles.

And if there's water in your carbs that's one of the reasons why the manufacturer used airboxes instead of pods.
